VT Gov veto threats loom over session end

The governor of Vermont has also expressed concern over a measure that the Legislature passed Friday making it illegal to discriminate based on gender identity or expression. And while he did not expressly say he would veto the bill, he indicated he was "troubled" by some aspects of it and suggested that he needs to study the issue further.
