Resource: HRC's Employer Database

Past blogs have pointed readers towards the Human Rights Campaign's excellent resources on transgender workplace issues, and I've talked about the Corporate Equality Index, the booklet discussing transgender issues for managers, the guidelines for workplace transition, and the searchable database of public laws prohibiting gender identity discrimination.

Today I'm looking at their searchable database of employer policies.

Does Coca Cola have a gender identity policy? What companies in the Fortune 500 have one? You can find out by searching HRC's free online employer database. In addition to being able to plug in a particular company's name, you can also see all the companies with non-discrimination policies that include gender identity in the Fortune 500, as well as:
