SHRM has an interesting article this morning on HR professionals generating capital. It notes that investors now look closely at HR issues when making investment decisions, particularly money managers and analysts who determine the fate of more than $24 trillion in investments. It discusses the "investment screens" of "SR investors," specifically discussing the issue of whether the EEO policy includes gender identity.
