Great article by Lisa Keen, top journalist, on the prospects of ENDA. It's dead until at least 2014, of course, but she has an interesting twist on it. By the way, the quote from Diego Sanchez about having had the votes for ENDA probably relates only to the House, since that's where he works. At the same time, it's true that there were probably enough votes even in the Senate, had President Obama applied a bit of pressure. Ah well. Water under the bridge. Time to move on and look for other opportunities to make a difference in trans workplace issues.
