Here is a way to contribute to the TransMilitary documentary project that will support the work to end this discriminatory policy. I made a contribution because it sets a very bad legal precedent to allow exclusion of transgender people from employment in the military. If the military can exclude us, why should any other employer be blamed for not wanting us around? Discrimination breeds discrimination.
