11th Circ. Says Firing May Be Pretext For Discrimination - Law360

Don't assume you have no case. A single comment about your ethnicity and bad performance reviews don't doom your discrimination case in the 11th Circuit. Unlike other employees, the plaintiff didn't get raises and promotions, and was denied extra days off and had breaks cut short, and he was fired shortly after his complaint.
