Beware of the 8th Circuit, which covers Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota: 30+ incidents of being disciplined and treated differently than white employees insufficient, including statements about race ("black bitch," "nappy hair"), not a "pervasive" hostile environment. In other circuits, this very well might have been considered a hostile work environment.
