The Colorado legislature has passed another bill that would protect employees from discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation. Governor Owens vetoed a similar measure last year.
It's interesting to note that Boulder and Denver already have such laws. In the private sector, one major Colorado-based company has a policy: Coors Brewing Company.
