Hawaii's Gender Identity Non-Discrimination Bill

Governor's aide tied to big donor - Hawaii News - Staradvertiser.com:

"Hawaii gender identity non-discrimination act in play."

"Transgender equity
(HB 546)
Prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender identity and expression as a public-policy matter and specifically with regard to employment."

Hawaii had an executive order and a court case on this in the past, but I'm not sure of the current status. Does anyone know what's happening with this bill?
