Transgender Programming at the Out & Equal Workplace Summit in Dallas, TX

The Out & Equal Workplace Summit in Dallas, TX in October is having some excellent programming on trans issues, including sessions on the business case and design/implementation of transgender benefits, the role of workplace equality in the lives of trans workers, transition guideline development, including the T in ERGs, Boeing's approach to the intersection of work and situation, the business case for trans-inclusive health benefits, and the status of trans-inclusive healthcare in the Corporate Equality Index.
